DF (EFG1) Changes its Board Representative on EFG-Hermes Holding Board of Directors
DF (EFG1) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dubai Group that owns 11.55% of EFG-Hermes Holding Company's outstanding shares, has notified the Company that it has changed its representative on EFG-Hermes' Board of Directors from Mr. Sayanta Basu to Mr. Moustafa Farid Moustafa.
