BCB HOLDINGS LIMITED CONFIRMS DE-LISTING FROM THE TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO STOCK EXCHANGE
Belize City, Belize, February 5, 2014 -- BCB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BCB; Bermuda - BSX: BBHL) (the "Company") announces that the Trinidad and Tobago Securites and Exchange Comission has now authorised the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") to delist the shares of the Company from its Official List.
The Exchange has also announced that the delisting of the Company's shares from the stock exchange took effect on February 4, 2014.
