Correction To Agreements 

Further to the announcement made on 5 June with reference to new agreements for the Emanuel Ungaro brand, Marchpole wishes to clarify that the agreement signed by Marchpole with Korean distributor, Hanamel Group is exclusively a distribution agreement for the first line Emanuel Ungaro menswear collection in South Korea. 

In addition, Marchpole would like to clarify that the license agreement signed by Emanuel Ungaro SAS with E-Sense Co.ltd and agreed with Marchpole is a license contract to produce and distribute in South Korea the Ungaro Homme second line menswear collection as well as the Ungaro Golf men's collection.
