Correction Announcement: Proposed Maiden Dividend
2 May 2014: The following amendment has been made to the Proposed Maiden Dividend announcement released 1 May 2014.
The Expected Payment Date has now been amended from 15 June 2014 to 16 June 2014.
All other details remain unchanged.

Auhua Clean Energy Plc (AIM: ACE) ("the Company" or "Auhua"), the AIM quoted environmental technology group, is pleased to announce that further to its trading update on 7 February 2014, the Company is proposing a maiden dividend of 0.18p per ordinary share in accordance with the following dividend timetable:
