As previously announced Richard Mully, a Non-Executive Director will retire from the Board at the forthcoming AGM on 8 June 2015. He will be succeeded in his role as Senior Independent Director by Melvyn Egglenton who joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 10 June 2014.

Melvyn Egglenton and Rebecca Worthington, who also joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director and are members of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, have both been appointed to the Nominations Committee with effect from 5 May 2015.

Teresa Furmston will join as Company Secretary with effect from 1 June 2015, taking over that role from Rick Lowes who remains as Finance Director.
