GBP500,000 convertible loan
Further to the announcement of 27 July 2012, the Company announces that the documentation relating to the unsecured, convertible loan agreement for the amount of GBP500,000 with its largest shareholder (ARA Capital Limited) (the "Loan Note") has been completed. The terms of the Loan Note are as described in the announcement of 27 July 2012.
