In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1 (4), Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (the Company) confirms that it is satisfied that all inside information, which the Directors and the Company may have up to the announcement of the half year results for the period ended 30 September 2012 has been notified to a Regulated Information Service.
