In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1(4), the Company announces that it is satisfied that all inside information (being such information as is referred to in that Listing Rule including any price sensitive information) which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to an announcement of results has previously been notified to a RIS and, therefore, dealings in the Company's shares (of whatever class) referred to in Listing Rule 15.5.1 (3) are permitted during the period up to the announcement of the results for the year ended 31 December 2013.
