Secretary change

Hostmore plc ("Hostmore" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Robert Henry as Company Secretary effective from 27 December 2023. Robert has served in his role since 5 October 2021. The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Robert for his valuable contribution and dedicated service to the Company during his tenure.

The Board is pleased to announce that Prism Cosec Limited, which has been providing company secretarial support to the Company since 2021, has been appointed by the Board as the new Company Secretary, effective from 27 December 2023.
