Due to the current economic climate the Board of Tex Holdings plc has decided not to offer Gareth Rowlands (C.E.O.) an extension to his contract, which expires on 31st December 2008.
He has left the company with immediate effect.
The Board of Directors will be meeting in the very near future to decide the future Board structure. A further announcement will be made once the Board has met.
In the mean time the Company Secretary will be available to answer any questions.
