Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KS005930, KS005935, SMSN, SMSD) ("SEC") today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the following contribution.
Contribution to Chungnam Samsung Acadamy
- SEC will contribute KRW 2.74 billion to Chungnam Samsung Academy as a part of its efforts to improve the learning environment in local schools.
Other matters to consider when making investment decision
- The Board of Directors approved this action at a meeting held on February 23, 2018.
