This notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
Further to our announcement made on 25 June 2012, noting that Stephen Wilson would be appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 September 2012, the Company announces today that Stephen Wilson will take over from Dennis Millard as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 August 2012.
