Change of Name 

The Board of Directors of Crosby wishes to inform shareholders of its intention to change the name of the Company to Zoltav Resources Inc.

The necessary resolutions will be proposed for shareholder approval in the upcoming annual general meeting of Company, details of which will be issued shortly.
