Change of Name
Further to the announcement made by the Company earlier today, the Company confirms that its proposed change of name to Premaitha Health plc has now been registered at Companies House and is therefore effective.
Trading in the Company's shares on AIM under the new name of Premaitha Health plc (AIM: NIPT) will take effect from 4 July 2014; from this date, further information can be found on the Company's new corporate website www.premaitha.com.
