Notification of Change of Auditor

Hays plc (the 'Company') announces that, following the completion of a formal tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's auditor for the financial year commencing 1 July 2016. This appointment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 November 2016.

The Board of Hays plc extends its appreciation to Deloitte, the Company's current auditor, for their contribution over many years.
