Statement re resignation of Nomad 

Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited announces that it has tendered its resignation as Nominated Adviser ("Nomad") and Broker to the Company with immediate effect. 

Under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Humberts is required to appoint a new Nomad within one month of today, failing which the admission of its securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
