Moss Bros Group PLC17 April 2007 Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") has today been advised by Mr Michael Geeunder Section 198 of Companies Act 1985 ("the Act") that on Friday 13 April 2007he disposed of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares"). As a result of this disposal Mr Michael Gee now has an interest in and is the registered holder of 2,201,130 Shares in the Company.
