Sub: Change in the Directorship

This is in compliance of the Listing Agreement.

Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, vide letter 31024/27/2006-CA dated 04.08.2008 had appointed Prof. Aliasgar Qutab Contractor, as non-official part-time (Independent) Director of the Company w.e.f. 4th August, 2008. On expiry of said term of three years, Prof. Contractor ceases to be a Director of the Company.
