Cancellation of Treasury Shares

TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 12,000 shares purchased on 02 March 2016, the 12,000 shares purchased on 03 March 2016, the 12,144 shares purchased on 04 March 2016, the 73,409 shares purchased on 07 March 2016, the 50,000 shares purchased on 09 March 2016, the 14,000 shares purchased on 10 March 2016, the 42,000 shares purchased on 17 March 2016, the 41,005 shares purchased on 23 March 2016, the 20,000 shares purchased on 24 March 2016, and the 35,000 shares purchased on 31 March 2016 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 915,721 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 102,751,137 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 915,721 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 102,751,137.
