Tiger Resource Finance PLC05 July 2006 Tiger Resource Finance plc (the "Company") Cancellation of shares Tiger announces that on 4th July 2006, it has cancelled 35,000,000 ordinaryshares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") that were held as treasury shares. Following this cancellation, Tiger does not hold any ordinary shares as treasuryshares. The issued share capital of the Company is now 200,881,939.
