BPAC Loan Repayment in full
Further to the announcement of 27 June 2019, the Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR) announce that on Friday 20 December the Company made the final payment of principal and interest of £160,428.08 on the remaining temporary loan facility provided by Bridge Properties (Arena Central) Limited ("BPAC") which has now been repaid in full.
BPAC has undertaken to release its debenture over all of Rurelec's assets.
