This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 1130 Hours at OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad to consider the Third Quarterly Accounts for the period ended March 31, 2015 and for declaration of entitlement, if any.
2. Further in terms of clause No. xxiii of Code of Corporate Governance and the decision of the Board of Directors in its 50th meeting held on January 14, 2004 it is notified that the Close Period would be effective from Thursday, April 16, 2015 to the date of meeting of the Board i.e., Thursday, April 23, 2015 (both days inclusive). No Director, CEO, or Executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of Company in any manner during this Close Period.
