Star Energy Group PLC03 March 2008 3 March 2008 Star Energy Group plc ("Star Energy" or the "Company") Board Changes Star Energy, the gas storage and onshore UK oil and gas E&P company, announcesthat on 29 February 2008, Stephen Gutteridge, Non-executive Chairman, DavidWertheim, Senior Independent Non-executive Director, and Stephen East,Non-executive Director, resigned with immediate effect. The Directors of Star Energy would like to thank Stephen Gutteridge for hisvaluable contribution to the Company since joining in May 2004 at the time ofthe Company's admission to trading on AIM, and David Wertheim and Stephen Eastfor their valuable contribution since joining the Board in October 2004.
