imJack plc ("imJack" or the "Company"), the digital educational secure networking business, announces that in accordance with the terms of his original contract, Anthony Lilley's position as Acting Chief Executive of the Company ended on 31 March 2010 and he will no longer be working with the Company. The Board of imJack thanks him for his services and wishes him well for the future.

The Company also announces that the consultancy agreement with Professor Tanya Byron, Anthony Lilley and Samantha Richards, which was announced on 7 September 2009, also ended on 31 March 2010.
