Billing Services Group Limited31 December 2007 BILLING SERVICES GROUP LIMITED ('BSG') Board Changes BSG, one of the telecommunications industry's leading clearing, settlement,payment and financial risk management solutions groups, announces that,following the recent sale of its wireless operations and successfulrecapitalisation of its business, Norman Phipps and Stephen Davies will standdown from the Board with effect from 1 January 2008. Mr Phipps will remain inhis role as Chief Financial Officer and Mr Davies will leave the company. Commenting on the two resignations, Patrick Heneghan, non-executive Chairman ofBSG, said: "We will continue to value Norm's continuation in his role as CFOand miss Steve's advice, wireless industry insight and commitment to BSG - whichhas far exceeded that normally expected of a non-executive director. "Given the disposal of the wireless business and the re-focusing of our effortson the US-based business, the new structure of the Board seems more appropriatefor our future needs and we will not be seeking to replace either position."
