Renold PLC26 May 2005 26 May 2005 RENOLD plc BOARD CHANGE Renold plc announces a change in the position of Finance Director. Mr S R Mole is resigning from the Board with effect from 1st June, 2005, andwill be replaced by Mr D A Brown. Mr Mole will remain with the Company over thenext few months to ensure an orderly transition.
