Board Announcement
The Chairman of Dairy Crest, Anthony Fry, was taken ill earlier this week. He is in hospital under observation, and his family have requested privacy at this time. All of us at Dairy Crest are thinking of Anthony and his family and wish him a swift recovery. In line with usual practice, the Board of Dairy Crest has agreed that Richard Macdonald, Senior Independent Director, will perform the role of acting Chairman.
