CHEMRING GROUP PLC - BLOCKLISTING UPDATE

Following the exercise/lapse of all options granted under The Chemring Group 2009 UK Sharesave Plan on 31 July 2009, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued/allotted from the provisional block listing of 167,560 1p Ordinary Shares admitted on 27 August 2010.

Following the exercise/lapse of all options granted under The Chemring Group 2008 US Stock Purchase Plan on 30 July 2012, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued/allotted from the provisional block listing of 82,738 1p Ordinary Shares admitted on 22 August 2013.
