Computacenter PLC09 August 2007 Block Listing Application The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK ListingAuthority and the London Stock Exchange plc for block listings totalling3,000,000 Ordinary shares of 6p each ("shares"), to trade on the London StockExchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. When issued,these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issuedpursuant to the Computacenter Performance Share Plan 2005.
