DDD GROUP PLC (the "Company")
BLOCK LISTING FOR SHARE OPTION EXERCISE
The Company announces that an application has today been made for a block listing of 559,998 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to AIM, pursuant to the Company's obligations under the April 24th 2008 share option plan.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 8 July 2010.
