Avon Rubber p.l.c. currently has 818,729 ordinary shares of £1 each block listed under the Avon Rubber p.l.c. Sharesave Option Scheme. This scheme has now been closed and as a result the block listings associated with them have been cancelled. No allotments have been made under these schemes since the last block listing return was returned on 8 February 2011.
