Block Listing Application

ThinkSmart Limited (AIM: TSL), a specialist digital payments platform business, today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,757,352 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").

These Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the ThinkSmart Limited Long Term Incentive Plan ("the Plan").

It is expected that admission will become effective on 16 March 2021. The Ordinary Shares under the block listing will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
