Block Listing Application

Hastings Group Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 7,000,000 Ordinary shares of 2 pence to trade on the London Stock Exchange and be admitted to The Official List. These Ordinary shares will be utilised for allotments of shares for vested grants made under the Hastings 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan, including the Admission Awards announced on 4 January 2018 and shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will commence on 10 January 2018.
