Report 9/2013: Bank shareholder filing appeal

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the Bank was serviced upon the appeal of a Bank shareholder against the verdict of the District Court in Warsaw of 9 October 2012 dismissing entirely the shareholder's claim to overrule the resolution No. 12 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting of 28 April 2010 on approving the Bank's Capital Group financial statement for 2009.

In the Bank's opinion the shareholder's appeal is groundless.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
