ASOS PLC29 November 2006 ASOS plc ("ASOS" or the "Company") Awards under Performance Share Plan On 29 November 2006, ASOS granted awards under the ASOS Performance Share Plan2006 (the "PSP"), further details of which are set out below. These awardscomprise conditional allocations of ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") which will vest on the third anniversary of grant,subject to the satisfaction of the relevant performance conditions set by theremuneration committee.
