Manpower Software PLC21 January 2008 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company") AWARD OF CONTRACT Manpower Software plc is delighted to announce another NHS contract award in theHealthcare Sector. In November 2007, the Company achieved Preferred Supplier status to the EastMidlands re:source procurement hub, which represents 20 NHS trusts in the EastMidlands Strategic Health Authority ("SHA"). Under the agreement with theprocurement hub, all pricing and contractual terms have been pre-agreed and anyof the trusts within the SHA may purchase software and services from the Companysimply by issuing a purchase order. The award of the contract by theprocurement hub followed a detailed evaluation of the market, includingconsideration of the software available from other suppliers. The Kettering General Hospital NHS Trust is the first NHS trust to make an awardunder this contract. 15 new NHS contracts have now been signed in the current financial year (i.e.since 1 June 2007). The total number of NHS Trusts which are now working withManpower Software plc is 30, in addition to the contract with the independenthealthcare provider HCA International.
