Issue of EUR 15,000,000.00 Securities due July 2025 under the Global Structured Securities Programme (the "Securities")

Terms used herein shall be as defined in the Final Terms dated 15 April 2020 as amended and restated on 24 June 2020 (the "Final Terms") relating to the offer of the Securities and the GSSP Base Prospectus 9 dated 19 July 2019, as supplemented on 3 September 2019, 24 October 2019, 6 December 2019, 26 March 2020 and 15 May 2020 (the "Base Prospectus"),

The Issuer hereby provides notice in accordance with the Final Terms that:

(a) the Final Aggregate Nominal Amount of the Securities to be issued on 25 June 2020 will be EUR 15,000,000.00.

This Notice and the Final terms shall be read and construed together as one document.
