Further to the Company's announcement of 13 April 2015, Teathers is pleased to announce that its proprietary Crowd Equity service and mobile app ("App"), which joins together private investors to buy shares in initial public offerings and placings at the same price and deal terms as institutional investors and which is free to download and provides zero commission transactions for the private investor, has been approved for release by iTunes Connect (Apple) and is available for download now on the App Store.
