Appointment of Administrators to the Company

 

Further to the RIS announcement on 20th July 2012 confirming that a Notice of Intention to Appoint Administrators had been filed, it is confirmed that Kirstie Provan and Mark Fry of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP were today appointed as Administrators of the Company in accordance with paragraph 22 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

 

The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

 

Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

As a consequence of the appointment of the Joint Administrators, Westhouse Securities Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, has resigned with immediate effect. Therefore, if within one month the Company does not appoint a replacement nominated adviser, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to AIM will be will be cancelled pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
