Petropavlovsk PLC (the "Company") announces that application has been made for the Block Listing of 10,855,564 ordinary shares to to be admitted to the Official List. The application is being made in respect of the potential conversion of Guaranteed Convertible Bonds into ordinary shares. The shares allotted upon any such conversion will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
