Intermediate Capital Group PLC (the "Company") announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31st March 2009 is now available on the Company's website at www.icgplc.com
The final dividend payable by the Company for the year ended 31 March 2009 will, subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 15 July 2009, be paid on 21 August 2009 to those shareholders on the register of the Company on 17 July 2009.
