Westside Acquisitions PLC29 June 2007 Westside Acquisitions plc ('Westside' or 'the Company') Annual Report and Accounts The Company wishes to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts forthe year ended 31 December 2006, together with the Notice of Annual GeneralMeeting and the form of proxy will be sent to the shareholders of the Company onSaturday 30 June 2007. The Company is presently in a position to post theaccounts to shareholders but is unable to do so as a result of the UK postalstrike.
