IDS confirms that its 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on 14 September 2012 at its registered office at 10 Didcot Way, Boldon Business Park, Boldon, Tyne & Wear. The AGM Notice will be posted to shareholders on 9 August 2012.
