Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY), announces that it is today posting its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 to shareholders, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Annual Report and Accounts and the Form of Proxy for use in connection with the Annual General Meeting will be available later today on the Company's website at www.nighthawkenergy.com
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD on 2 June 2014 at 11.00 a.m.
