2007 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM

DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD), the 3D software and content company (the "Company") announces that it has posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2007. The Company also posted a circular containing a Notice of AGM convening the AGM to be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday 28 July 2008 at 3 More London, Riverside, London SE1 2AQ (the "Circular"). Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Circular may be requested directly from the Company and are also available at the Company's registered office, 22 Melton Street, London NW1 2BW and may be downloaded from the Investor section of the Company's website at www.DDD.com.
