Infrastructure India plc, an AIM listed infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012 have been distributed to shareholders, including the notice of its annual general meeting that will be held on 28 September 2012 at 10.00am at the Company's registered office.
