Annual Financial Report & Notice of AGM

Oxus Gold plc ("the Company") announces that its Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2013 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today. In addition, the Annual Financial Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available for download from the Company's website, www.oxusgold.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at The Washington Hotel Mayfair, 5 Curzon Street, London W1J 5HE on 19 June 2014 at 11.00 a.m.
