In accordance with the terms of the base prospectus dated 28th September 2018, the latest audited financial statements are now available on the heylo website http://heylohousing.com/heylo-housing-group-retail-bond .
The Company has continued to make progress in the last 6 months and as of today, date of signing the financial statements, 85% of the Company's property portfolio is occupied and yielding. Once all properties in the portfolio are occupied and yielding, we anticipate that the annual rent roll will be ca. £ 600,000 i.e. >2x the annual bond payments.
