Annual Report and notice of Annual General Meeting

Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or the "Company"), the developer of anti-microbial hygiene technologies, announces that its annual report for the year ended 31 March 2011 and the notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") to be held on 21 July 2011 have been sent to shareholders and both documents are available to download from the Company's website at www.byotrol.co.uk.

The AGM will be held at 2.30pm on 21 July 2011 at the offices of Arbuthnot Securities Limited, 20 Ropemaker St, London, EC2Y 9AR.
