Annual Financial Report

Dunelm Group plc (the 'Company') has posted to shareholders its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 28 June 2014 ('Annual Report and Financial Statements') along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting to which the notice relates is to be held at the offices of MHP Communications, 60 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7RT at 9.30am on Tuesday 11 November 2014.
